SEINEX GROUP LTD ("SEINEX GROUP", "we", "us", "our") respects the privacy of the visitors, businesses, and individuals who interact with our website (www.seinexgroup.com) and use our software products and services (collectively, the "Services"). "Customer" or "Tenant" means the business that subscribes to or purchases a Service. "Product-Specific Terms" means any Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, or User Policy presented within a specific product (for example, POSUnity's in-app legal documents). "Personal Data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.
3. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Account & business information: business name, industry, country, contact details, and the name and email address of the person registering or enquiring.
- Staff information: for products with multiple users, the name, email address, role, and in-product activity of each staff member (for audit and security purposes).
- Customer data entered into our products: in the ordinary course of business, our Tenants may enter their own customers' names, phone numbers, purchase or credit history, and similar data into a Service.
- Website enquiry data: information you submit through our contact form, job application forms, or WhatsApp/email/phone enquiries.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, log data, and usage patterns, collected automatically to operate and secure our website and Services.
- Billing information: processed for subscription or one-time payments via our approved payment partners. We do not store full card numbers.

- To provide, operate, and maintain our website and Services;
- To respond to enquiries, process job applications, and provide customer support;
- To process payments and manage billing through our approved payment processors;

Where a Service is multi-tenant (such as POSUnity), each Tenant's data is logically isolated from other tenants; staff of one Tenant cannot access another Tenant's data through the Service.

We retain personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our website and Services, and for a reasonable period afterward to allow data export and to meet legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution requirements, after which it is permanently deleted or anonymised.
9. Data Security
We employ reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including encrypted connections, access controls, and audit logging where applicable. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your Rights
Subject to applicable data protection law, including Uganda's Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019, and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions where our customers operate, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Requests can be directed to info@seinexgroup.com. Where a request concerns data entered by a Tenant about its own customers, we will direct the request to the relevant Tenant, or assist the Tenant in responding to it.
11. International Transfers
Where data is processed or stored outside the country in which you or your business operates, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives a comparable level of protection to that described in this Policy.
12. Children's Data
Our website and Services are intended for business use by adults and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page, and, where required, we will seek renewed acceptance within the relevant product.
